Fran has had three exciting careers.  Her first career was a Corporate Interior Designer with Datapoint, USAA & the University of Texas, Austin. She was on several Boards including Boys Club, Board at Datapoint Employee Credit Union, Board @University of Texas Employee Credit Union and the Board of IFMA in San Antonio and Austin.  Her second career was as a sixth grade middle school teacher in NEISD for 14 years.  She was involved with Year Round Education (YRE) NEISD and elected to the National Year Round Board and was President of the Texas Chapter YRE.  Presently, she is doing Marketing for Reddito Office Furniture, involved in WeLead as President and Dress for Success, San Antonio.

Fran has undergraduate degrees from University of the Incarnate Word in Interior Design and The University of Texas at San Antonio in Education with specialization in Reading.

Colleen Miller

Colleen has been a member of WeLead since 2008.  She is a Principal with The North Highland Company (TNHC), a global management and technology consulting firm.  Colleen has more than 17 years of business consulting with all levels of Government and private sector companies.  As a Principal with TNHC, Colleen’s primary role is to provide strategic and tactical business solutions in areas such as Strategic Planning and Implementation; Outsourcing and Acquisition Management; Change Management; Process and Performance Improvement; Organizational Design, Effectiveness and Resource Planning; and Developing Sales Strategies and Effectiveness. 

She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and spent seven years in the United States Air Force before entering the private sector in 1998.  Colleen is a native of the Washington, DC metropolitan area and she moved to San Antonio in 2005

Jessica Nadeau

Jessica Nadeau founded Sidekick Solutions in 2005, achieving her dream of owning and operating her very own Personal Assistant and Concierge Company. After graduating from the University of Texas, she decided to move her business to the San Antonio area. Jessica has been passionate about her business since day one, and she continues to reach for higher goals for her company and for herself. Not only does she invest her time in her business, but she also participates in special organizations like WeLead.  

Brandey Wimberley Orsag

Brandey has been a member of WeLead since 2007 and is currently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance. In the past she also was the Vice President of Membership. Brandey is a Past-President of the San Antonio Kiwanis Club and still chairs the organization's annual silent auction to raise funds for underprivileged children. 

Brandey has been with Jefferson Bank for over 11 years. She is a Vice President in Commercial Lending specializing in all commercial loans ranging from lines of credits to large real estate transactions. In addition, she is the CRA officer for the Bank. Prior to Jefferson Bank, Brandey worked at Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union for 3 years.

Brandey has a BBA in Finance from Texas State University, a Graduate degree in banking from SMU, and a MBA from University of the Incarnate Word.

Gladys Gonzalez-Castille

Gladys Gonzalez-Castille, a native of San Antonio has been a WeLead member since 2009.  She is the Director of Operations for Greene and Associates, Inc.  a Talent Management Firm  and a partner with  Career Partners International.  The firm provides Career Transition, Executive Coaching and Corporate Mentoring to local and nationwide firms.  Gladys’ personal goal is to continue to assist woman develop confidence and strength as they go through different “stages in life”.  She is passionate about promoting each woman’s personal strength, grace, and journey.  She believes that we all need to create our own momentum” by first believing in oneself.

Gladys graduated with a Business Administration Degree with emphasis in International Business from The University of the Incarnate Word in 1990. 

Janet Craig Holland

Janet Craig Holland is Director of Executive Recruiting for Abacus Solutions Group and President of Texas Legal Consultants.  She specializes in trial consulting and recruiting of attorneys, contract administrators, paralegals, accounting, finance, IT and pharmaceutical professionals.

She is a Past-President of WeLead, and is an active member of the Bexar County Women’s Bar Association and San Antonio Women's Chamber of Commerce.  Ms. Holland has served on many Boards of Directors including Dress for Success San Antonio and the Paralegal Advisory Committee of San Antonio College and St. Phillip's College Technology Advisory Committee.  She also served as a Big Sister in the Big Brothers & Sisters organization for five years.  Ms. Holland has written numerous articles on various topics and is a frequently speaks at seminars.

Theresa Ward

Theresa has been a member of WE LEAD since 2008 and is currently the Secretary.  She is a bookkeeper in the General Business Services department with Sol Schwartz & Associates, P.C., one of the largest certified public accounting firms in San Antonio, serving its community’s accounting needs for almost 30 years.  Sol Schwartz & Associates, P.C. was named one of the “Ten Most Dependable Accounting Professionals of Texas” in the December 2008 issue of Texas Monthly.  Theresa has more than 25 years experience in both the private and public sectors of accounting.  Presently, she is also a member of American Society of Women Accountants, American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers and the Order of the Eastern Star.

Theresa has an Associate’s degree in accounting from Florence-Darlington Technical College.  She is a native of Pamplico, South Carolina and moved to San Antonio in 2007
