Janet Craig Holland is the CEO and President of Texas Legal Consultants specializing in legal consulting and recruiting of attorneys, contract administrators, paralegals, legal sales and other professionals. Prior to founding TLC, Ms. Holland was a contract negotiator and board certified paralegal in San Antonio, Texas. Her background includes commercial litigation, antitrust, patent litigation and product liability, as well as trial technology.
Ms. Holland received her paralegal certificate from the University of Texas at San Antonio and attended University of Texas and University of Phoenix. She is a Part-President of the Alamo Area Professional Legal Assistants, Inc. and a former Public Relations Subcommittee Chair for District 5 of the Legal Assistant’s Division of the State Bar of Texas. Additionally, Ms. Holland is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Law Practice Management Group and their Women Rainmakers group which focuses on marketing for professional women in the legal community, as well as an active member of the Bexar County Women’s Bar Association. Ms. Holland has served on many Boards of Directors including Dress for Success San Antonio and serves on the Paralegal Advisory Committee of San Antonio College, as well as the St. Phillip's College Technology Advisory Committee. Ms. Holland has written numerous articles and frequently speaks at seminars. |
