"Diversity/Inclusion, The return on Investment -Diversity/Inclusion how would you define it?"
Featuring-DR. VIRGINIA D. MOODY, President/CEO of Moody & Associates, has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Development, Individual and Group Coaching and Mentoring, and Motivational Speaking. She is a certified Master Trainer/Curriculum Designer, Master Facilitator / Moderator, Master Business/Life and Executive Coach, Certified Christian Counselor (Wise Counsel) and provides services to individuals and corporations world wide. She has been a contributing author on several books, articles, and magazines and is currently working on another book.
Dr. Moody is the creator of three businesses and shares her vast experience with organizations throughout the world. As a member of Department of Defense initiatives, Fortune 100 companies, colleges/universities, and nonprofit organizations she has moved her partners from success to significance. Her ability to work with different cultures, backgrounds and levels of the organization results in deep relationships for the long term.
A pioneer at heart, she has created many “firsts” within organizations and been among the “first” working on cutting edge initiatives. She is no stranger to innovation and creativity, but more importantly, her passion for excellence and her genuine desire to see organizations and individuals prosper fuels her energy to continue her journey to help others.
A community advocate, she has received many awards and accolades for her service to others. She currently serves on the SA Area Foundation (TRIAD) Board to assist military warriors and their families, SAHRMA Diversity/Inclusion Board to address employee issues, and speaks for rotary groups, nonprofits and corporations on various topics (youth, employment, executive transitions, employee development, strategic planning, and life skills). She currently is the volunteer director for Career Transition Workshop, a free 12-week training and support program for job seekers at all levels at Community Bible Church.
Dr. Moody created “SeaTraining©” designed to bring professional executives together on a training cruise to be refreshed/renewed and to learn more about their dreams and passions while expanding their professional toolboxes through MasterMining©. She is current completing a new program called L.E.A.D.© designed for youth, young adults and adults alike.

"How to Keep Fired Up Without Burning Out."
Do you know how to keep motivated, decrease stress and avoid the 3-D
time wasters? Are you moving forward in achieving your most important goals and values? Designed to create life balance and put life in perspective, this session presents ways to manage time, reduce stress, focus on what is truly important in life and reach your heart's desire.
Linda M. Farley is speaker, writer, and trainer. Linda began her first business at age 11 and continued an entrepreneurial focus throughout her life. A few years later, she began a 25 year career with AT&T, which included managing multi-state operations with revenues exceeding $16M.
As the owner of Farley Training she writes and facilitates training for a variety of industries. She wrote the small business education curriculum for the South Texas Women’s Business Center and was requested to train the trainers for the U.S. Air Force Personnel Center at Randolph Air Force Base. She specializes in writing, training and coaching management and supervisory skills as well as training for trainers.
Linda was the 2002 President of the San Antonio Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development and is a Board Member of Network Power Texas. She is also a Senior Instructor for San Antonio College.
